CASE STUDY: PROTECTING THE PROFESSIONALS

The Client:
Professional Witnesses Ltd. A company specialising in covert observations, surveillance, asset protection, infiltration for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and large commercial organisations and security training.

The Problem:
The client was moving to their new flagship premises. Due to the nature of their business, they needed a high security solution. The problem was that the premises had already been completed to a high standard, before all the cabling had been completed.

Our Brief:
Nova Security were approached by the Chairman and Managing Director to see if we could carry out the works, whilst still preserving the high quality aesthetics of the interior.

“We needed a high security intruder alarm, and also a fire alarm, to be installed to our new premises. We had previous experience of working with Nova Security, so we were confident that they would do a good job. ”

The site was close to completion when we arrived to start the installation. Alarm and fire cables had to be installed without damage to the decor.

The Solution:
The solution was a straight forward one. Years of combined onsite experience enabled our engineers to find routes for the cables that not only kept to the confines of the appropriate regulations, but preserved the high quality finish of the interior.

Cables were able to be routed in such a way that they are not seen and without damaging the plasterwork, etc. A mixture of experience, initiative and having the right tools for the job, was able to make this possible.

The Verdict:

“We think Nova Security did a great job, especially coming into the building works at such an advanced stage. The systems are unobtrusive, latest technology and easy to use. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

We always enjoy a challenge and this installation posed a few. We pride ourselves on our ‘anything’s possible’ attitude and we’re happy to have completed the installation to the client’s satisfaction.
